The Ideal Yoga Practice
Anyone who can breathe can do Yoga, but the practice must be appropriate for the individual to be beneficial. Each person has unique needs, goals, health, and life experiences. All this must be taken into consideration when designing a practice that is going to bring about balance at the individual level.
Some students seek private instruction because they feel intimidated going to a large class where they do not get the attention they need, some want an authentic practice that is not distracted by other people in the room, or by the tendancy to compare their practice with others.
Yoga is a personal journey, and I can help you to develop a practice that you can take home with you, practice daily (for 7 minutes) and you will undergo an improvement in your strength, stamina, flexibility and energy level.
Private sessions are one-on-one, however since many students have come to me with their husband, wife, partner or best friend I also offer semi-private instruction for exactly the same rate. My time and attention to your needs is what you are paying for, not the number of people in the room, so you are welcome to share the cost of the session if that is what you would like to do.
Private/semi-private sessions are booked on an as-needed basis, so there is no need to make commitments to come in weekly, although monthly would likely be beneficial to ensure your practice is continuing and being developed to meet your needs.
1hr $50 (my studio)
1hr $70 for schools in Brampton (option for $60/hr if 8 sessions or more are booked)
1hr $100 for your office or other locations in Peel Region
